Preheat oven to 350 degrees (Fahrenheit)
Gather ingredients for the cake.
Sift the flour 3 times. You want to use a bigger sifter than mine, but this is all I could find.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites, dispose of the yolks
In a separate bowl, add egg whites and vinegar and beat until frothy (bubbly).
This is how it's supposed to look when the egg whites are frothy.
Sorry about the bad picture but, while the eggs are being beaten, add the sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until it starts to form peaks.

Slowly fold in the flour
This is what the batter is supposed to look like when it is finished
Add the batter to an UN-GREASED pan. It is very important that the pan is not greased.
Swirl a knife around the pan to get rid of any air bubbles.
Bake for 40 minutes ( at 350 degrees)
While the cake is cooling, gather your ingredients for the glaze.
Put butter in microwave until melted
Add melted butter to sugar and stir with a spoon
Add the milk, and
Add the vanilla
Add more milk if necessary
When it's all done.
Spread the glaze on top and enjoy 😄
